Revenue Assurance Specialist (6-Month Contract)

We're looking for a Revenue Assurance Specialist to join our Billing & Sales Operations team on a 6-month contract. You'll report to the Lead, Billing & Sales Operations, and make sure every order is billed correctly, on time and in line with what the customer signed.

This role sits between Sales, Finance, Tax and our customers. If you like getting numbers right and following an issue through to closure, this is for you.

What you'll do

• Own customer billing disputes from start to finish, including root cause analysis, SLA compliance and tracking to closure

• Review tax-related billing discrepancies and work with Finance and Tax to resolve them

• Check contracts and Sales Orders so billing rates and terms are correct, and flag anything inconsistent

• Verify incoming billing requests and generate accurate, timely invoices in line with company policy

• Run billing validation and revenue assurance reviews to catch leakage, overbilling, underbilling and process gaps

• Support Sales with order processing, documentation and data requests

• Manage deposit refunds and balance checks before account closure

• Keep billing records audit-ready and help improve how the process runs

• Support ad hoc billing projects and project admin when needed

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail

• Clear written and verbal communication across departments and with external parties

• Well organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while staying accurate

• Flexible with changing priorities and project-based work

• Billing, revenue assurance or telco experience is an advantage
