Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily food preparation and basic kitchen duties.
Assist cooks and chefs with preparation, cooking and plating of food.
Prepare ingredients such as washing, cutting and portioning.
Assist with setting up food stations and serving during meal periods.
Replenish food and maintain cleanliness of the serving area.
Wash and clean kitchen equipment, utensils and work areas.
Ensure proper food handling and hygiene standards are maintained.
Assist with receiving, storing and organising food supplies.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Chef / Supervisor.
Requirements:
Prior experience in catering, F&B, or institutional kitchen environment is an advantage.
Team player with a positive attitude.
