3. Workforce Data and Management Reporting

  • Maintain and regularly update GMS and key country headcount information.
  • Consolidate workforce data, including headcount, organisational changes, employee movements, and vacancies.
  • Validate information submitted by Regional and Country HR teams and follow up on inaccuracies or missing information.
  • Prepare regular HR reports, management summaries, dashboards, and supporting analyses.
  • Monitor key HR indicators and identify significant workforce changes or issues requiring management attention.
  • Support headcount planning and other workforce-related reviews when required.
4. Talent and Key Employee Management Support

  • Maintain talent review records, development actions, and agreed follow-up items.
  • Coordinate with Regional and Country HR teams to track the implementation of agreed development or retention actions.

5. Regional and Country HR Coordination

  • Serve as a coordination point between Group HR and Regional or Country HR teams.
  • Organise regular HR meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and maintain action trackers.
  • Coordinate the submission of organisation, workforce, performance, reward, and other HR information from relevant countries.
  • Communicate Group HR policies, guidelines, programmes, and process requirements to Regional and Country HR teams.
  • Follow up on agreed HR actions and outstanding country submissions.
