Full Time Purchasing Officer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Xunfa Tech Selangor - Maukerja

At least 1–3 years of procurement experience in Malaysia; experience with M&E, construction, or hardware materials is preferred.

Experience in Mandarin-funded projects is an advantage.

Fluent in Mandarin and English, with basic Bahasa Malaysia communication skills; able to independently liaise with local suppliers.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets, price comparison, record management, document filing, and basic data analysis.

Honest, self-disciplined, detail-oriented, principled, dependable, and able to work well under pressure.

Candidates with a Class D driving licence, familiarity with the Johor building-materials market, or established supplier resources will be given priority.

Proactive and able to independently source new suppliers and improve procurement channels without repeated supervision.

Manage the procurement of M&E engineering materials, hardware supplies, and project consumables, including quotation requests, price comparisons, purchase orders, and delivery follow-up, ensuring uninterrupted material supply to project sites.

Maintain existing supplier relationships and handle account reconciliation, after-sales matters, and quality-related issues.

Develop new quality suppliers every month and establish a backup supplier database.

Strictly follow the three-quotation comparison process, monitor market prices, control procurement costs, and prevent overpriced or unauthorized designated purchases.

Organise and archive purchase orders, quotations, delivery notes, contracts, and procurement records accurately and systematically.

Coordinate with the engineering and administration departments to receive material requests, follow up on delivery progress, and promptly report any issues.

Complete other reasonable procurement-related tasks assigned by management.
