Full Time Senior Quantity Surveyor (Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in Visible Construction WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

• At least 5 years of experience as a Main Contractor QS

• At least a Diploma

• Valid driving licence, own transport, and able to travel

• Hardworking, dedicated, and willing to learn

• Able to work independently

• Able to speak English and Malay

1. Cost Planning & Budgeting

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets

• Advise on cost-effective design options

• Monitor project costs to avoid overruns

2. Tendering & Procurement

• Prepare tender documents and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

• Evaluate contractor bids and recommend awards

• Negotiate contracts and pricing

3. Contract Administration

• Manage construction contracts, including variations and claims

• Ensure compliance with contract terms

• Handle disputes and resolution processes

4. Cost Control & Reporting

• Track project expenditures and cash flow

• Prepare financial reports for management

• Forecast final project costs

5. Valuation & Payments

• Certify progress payments to contractors

• Assess work completed on-site

• Handle final accounts and project closure

• Advise on cost-effective design options

• Monitor project costs to avoid overruns

6. Contract Manager Support

• Assist the Contract Manager with all assigned tasks
