Growth & Business Development Associate – Central 

Salary: $3,500 – $4,500 

Working Hours: 

* Monday – Friday 

* 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM 
Location: Central  

Will have work-from-home

Job Responsibilities: 

* Build relationships with businesses, schools, and strategic partners 

* Identify new business opportunities and collaboration channels 

* Follow up with leads and manage partnership pipelines 

* Support recruitment, branding, and outreach initiatives 

* Organise networking events and business activities 

* Research market trends and growth opportunities 

* Maintain CRM records and use AI tools to improve productivity 

Requirements: 

* Minimum Diploma in any field of study

* Outgoing, proactive, and enjoys networking 

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

* Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
