Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1-2 years of proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.

Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

Effective communication skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with diverse stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onsite environment.

Familiarity with basic tax principles is a plus.

Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable for a 200-employee company.

Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements, ensuring timely and accurate transactions in accordance with company policies.

Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Support the accounting team with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Collaborate with internal departments to gather financial information and address accounting-related queries.

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles and tax regulations.

Maintain organized and accessible financial documentation for audit purposes.

Utilize accounting software to record financial transactions and generate reports.

Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities as needed.
