- To assist QS Manager to handle and calculate the quantity and costing of the different tender assignments.
- Technical review on the supplier/contractor quotation or proposal and makes sure that all requirements are complied.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior design (ID) projects, taking into account materials, labour, equipment, and other related costs.
- Ensure all Suppliers equipment selection and Subcontractors quote meets tender requirements.
- Review tender documents and raise any queries to the client.
- Review tender addendum, corrigendum and post tender addendum drawings and documents and update costing summary with technical proposal accordingly.
- Civil Engineering / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying (Interior Design) and Building Industry or equivalent.
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience in A&A live environment.
- Required Skills: Cost Estimation & Budgeting, Tender Negotiations, Measurement & Quantity Take-off, Cost Control & Management, Value Engineering, Contract Administration, Documentation & Records, Compliance & Regulations, Communication & Collaboration.
