Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or Senior Accounts Executive, with a minimum of 1-5 years in a similar role. Full-set accounting experience will be preferred

Proficiency in financial reporting, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements.

Expertise in managing Accounts Payable processes and Accounts Receivable functions.

Demonstrated ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Experience in managing and executing month-end closing procedures efficiently and accurately.

Experience in financial forecasting and budgeting, contributing to financial planning and strategy.

Diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Manage the full spectrum of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections.

Perform general ledger entries, reconciliations, and maintain the accuracy of financial records in accordance with accounting principles.

Conduct thorough bank reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring the integrity of cash balances.

Execute month-end closing procedures, including preparing journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations to ensure timely financial reporting.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, providing supporting documentation for internal and external audits.

Support the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering financial data, analyzing variances, and contributing to financial planning.

Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve accounting queries and ensure compliance with financial policies.

Performed ad hoc tasks and assignments as required to support business and operational needs
