1–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, sales, or related work.

Able to communicate well with customers in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Comfortable handling both walk-in and online customers.

Responsible, willing to learn, and able to follow instructions and SOPs.

Basic computer knowledge and willing to learn POS, ordering, and stock systems.

Able to multitask during busy periods.

Willing to perform hands-on retail duties such as cashiering, stock replenishment, checking stock, and arranging products.

Attend to walk-in customers and provide friendly customer service.

Reply to online customer enquiries and assist with order taking.

Follow up on payments, delivery, and self-collection orders.

Handle cashier and basic POS transactions.

Assist with membership enquiries and ongoing promotions.

Replenish stock and ensure products are properly arranged.

Check stock availability and report low-stock or out-of-stock items.

Assist with daily retail operations and stock checking.

Support senior team members in resolving customer enquiries and order issues.
