Full Time Operations Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Semico Technology WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

SPM, Certificate or Diploma in any related discipline.

At least 2 years of working experience in arcade, retail, entertainment, F&B or mall operations is preferred.

Supervisory or team-leading experience will be an advantage.

Good communication, leadership and customer service skills.

Basic computer and POS knowledge.

Able to handle cash transactions and basic operational reporting.

Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.

Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Manage and support the daily operations of the arcade outlet.

Supervise, guide and support frontline crew to ensure smooth operations.

Assist with staff scheduling, attendance and daily manpower arrangements.

Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries and feedback.

Monitor arcade machines, outlet cleanliness, safety and overall outlet condition.

Coordinate with technicians on machine repair and maintenance matters.

Handle cashiering, POS transactions, daily sales reporting and cash control.

Monitor redemption prizes, stock and inventory.

Support the team in achieving outlet sales and operational targets.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards and mall requirements.

Lead and motivate the team to maintain good service and operational standards.
