Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1-2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or compliance roles.

Proficiency in accounting principles and practices.

Familiarity with financial reporting standards and requirements.

Understanding of tax compliance regulations and procedures.

Strong command of Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and data management.

Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Auto Count) is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Understanding of basic compliance principles within the financial sector.

Experience in banking industry with dealing client and finance, tax and audit will be advantage,

Experience with Labuan market also advantage

Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Support the implementation and maintenance of robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

Conduct regular compliance checks and audits to ensure adherence to financial regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.

Prepare and file tax returns and related documentation accurately and timely, liaising with tax authorities as needed.

Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and collections.

Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Utilize accounting software and advanced Excel functions for data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.

Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors, providing necessary financial information and documentation.

Stay updated on changes in financial regulations, tax laws, and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
