Full Time Production Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Tyson Foods (Malaysia) Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Food Science, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, with the ability to support process and equipment troubleshooting.

Understanding of and passion for continuous improvement methodologies.

Computer literate (Microsoft Office, SAP).

Able to navigate the production system and SAP scanner to access information, update records, and perform necessary tasks.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments, team members, and management.

Strong work ethic with a positive and can-do attitude.

Resourceful, assertive, appreciative, and has high ownership.

Meticulous in work to meet quality standards and avoid errors.

Able to work in shifts as assigned by management.

Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and long working hours when required.

Physically fit and able to work in a cold environment for extended periods.

To supervise and manage the achievement of operation’s key priorities in Safety, Quality, Productivity, People Engagement, and Cost for the assigned production lines.

To supervise and lead the shopfloor to ensure Safety First.

To ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are complied with at all times.

To ensure all data and systems (e.g. Redzone & SAP) are completed accurately within the given timeline.

To ensure and monitor product compliance as per quality KPI.

To ensure production SOPs are properly executed, manufacturing conditions and quality controls are met, and manufacturing deviations are troubleshot and resolved.

To ensure processes and equipment are compliant with all internal and external regulations.

To promote and practise a continuous improvement mindset and provide RCCAPA for any deviation in procedure or KPI.

To lead, coach, and engage the team to meet operational standards and routines related to 4M + E (Man, Machine, Method, Material, Environment).

To promote continuous improvement, growth mindset, and behaviours that have a positive impact on all key priorities.

To plan and allocate plant resources, including manpower, to meet daily operational requirements within budget.

To support new product development or new process implementation.

To lead SOR and attend all other related meetings as required by management.

To be stationed at the respective line at all times unless there is an official task or requirement outside the shopfloor.

To work in shifts as assigned by management.

To support all manufacturing-related tasks as instructed by the Manufacturing Manager or management.
