Kaspersky is looking for General Manager who will be running Kaspersky business in the South East Asia and thus help us grow further in this region.
Your job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Defining the local market strategy regarding Sales of KL products and services, implementing the regional business strategies in the territory, and adapting the company’s global and regional strategy to the local market conditions;
- Developing and leading an efficient organization according to the needs of the company, market, consumers and customers;
- Recruiting, training, developing, supervising, and motivating employees of the local office to ensure the company has a professional, experienced, skilled and motivated team capable of meeting the company's long-term objectives;
- Establishing compensation plans for employees of the local office in accordance with the company's general compensation policies;
- Adapting the local sales and marketing teams fitting the regional organizational structure, ensuring that responsibilities, reporting lines and performance criteria for the referring employees are followed;
- Monitoring the work of the local office team, setting objectives and evaluating the performance of the team members, taking part in non-standard cases resolution;
- Conforming and controlling execution of the local office budget according to the regional and company budgeting policies and procedures;
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication with other company departments to ensure that cross-functional business processes are organized and performed efficiently and effectively;
- Promoting the company, its brand, products, and its strategy in the territory, serving as a company’s leader and representative for local media, governments, professional and business communities;
- Organizing and monitoring marketing activities in the territory to create market awareness of the company’s offerings and generate the demand for the company’s products achieving the maximum return on the investments in marketing;
- Developing channels of distribution of the company’s products in the territory, composing and propagating partner programs, overseeing partner relationships, creating and maintaining partner community, cultivating and supporting partner loyalty in accordance with regional division policies and procedures;
- Guiding and regulating the local office’s sales force, distributing sales practices and policies according to regional regulations to achieve maximum performance, following established sales account management system, sales forecasting and reporting systems;
- Tracking profitability of sales operations to meet the company’s regional and global standards, ensuring the implementation of efficient customer relationship management;
- Contributing to the development of the territory strategy, as part of the territory management team with particular reference to the development of the company's business in the region;
- Working out the standards for optimal operating performance;
- Evaluating ways to improve operating performance, staff morale, social contribution and general governance.
Main requirements:
- Regional leadership experience across SEA region;
- Proven managerial & sales skills.
