Full Time Leasing Executive (Klang) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Parkson Corporation Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage Tenancy Agreements and related correspondence to ensure compliance.
• Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and surveys to support tenant recruitment, new outlets, and tenancy mix planning.
• Identify, shortlist, and negotiate with potential tenants; issue offers/invitations and secure suitable occupants.
• Monitor tenancy renewals, analyze tenant sales performance, and proactively manage occupancy to maximize rental income.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and third parties, addressing concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with internal departments and landlords on rental collection, fit-outs, operations, and property-related matters.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Good command of English (written & spoken), with emphasis on business writing.
• Willingness to travel interstate within Malaysia as required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
