Our work environment includes: * Growth opportunities * Casual work attire * Relaxed atmosphere * Flexible working hours * On-the-job training Description - Provide post-sales technical and application assistance in response to clients' inquiries. - Provide on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance on systems related to our range of products. - Conduct product and system training, demo or presentation to customers. - Process escalation and warranty claims timely and accurately to resolve issues. - Timely maintenance and submission of service cases information to superior. - Call planning efficiency to solve issues and maximize business opportunities with customers. - Service existing customers and develop new business opportunities. - Miscellaneous duties that correspond with the capabilities of a Field Service engineer. Requirement: - Minimum Bachelor's degree in any Science and engineering related field. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers. - The ability to work independently with little supervision and a strong work ethic is critical. - Experience dealing with microscopy products is a plus. - Willingness to travel across Malaysia. - Possess own vehicle. - Fresh graduate with passionate learning attitude is encouraged to apply.
