Responsibilities
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to manage our social media platforms, create engaging digital content, and support marketing campaigns and events. This role offers hands-on experience in content creation and marketing communications within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Manage and oversee social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
Managing day-to-day social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring engagement metrics.
Plan, shoot and edit short-form videos, Reels and TikTok videos.
Analysing social media performance data and providing regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Content Development & Copywriting
Develop integrated digital content and creative assets across platforms, from content ideation and campaign messaging to captions and short-form video concepts.
Draft clear, compelling copy for social media captions, promotional materials, and marketing communications.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for content creation.
Write SEO-friendly copy to improve visibility, organic traffic and engagement.
Assist in managing and proofreading website content to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with SEO best practices.
Marketing Support
Translate stakeholder requirements into clear creative briefs and provide design direction and constructive feedback to designers, ensuring the final output meets expectations and maintains visual consistency.
Assist in the planning and execution of events hosted by the company including conferences, workshops and networking sessions.
Support photography and videography for campaigns and events.
Assist with administrative tasks and other marketing-related duties as assigned.
Who Are We Looking For:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or a related discipline.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing or communications.
A good eye for aesthetics and a solid understanding of design principles, layout, typography, colour and visual composition.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with design tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Up to date with social media trends and familiar with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, with the ability to translate trends into engaging, professional content for a healthcare audience. Experience with multimedia (e.g. photography, illustration, video, audio) is advantageous.
Detail-oriented, with strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve project deliverables.
Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
