Responsibilities
Up till $3,500 basic + Up to 2 months bonus
Work Location: Venture Drive
Work time: 5-day work week, Mon-Fri, 9:00AM-6:00PM

Job Description:
Assist in managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with the Singapore Companies Act and other statutory requirements
Prepare and file statutory documents with ACRA accurately and within stipulated deadlines
Draft basic resolutions, meeting minutes and other corporate secretarial documents
Maintain and update corporate records, registers and statutory documentation
Liaise with clients and relevant government agencies professionally
Monitor filing deadlines and ensure timely completion of statutory compliance requirements
Support senior team members in handling more complex corporate secretarial matters
Provide administrative and documentation support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
ICSA qualification or Diploma/Degree in Law, Business or a related field
1–2 years of corporate secretarial experience in a professional or corporate services firm; fresh graduates may be considered
Candidates with relevant experience handling corporate secretarial duties are preferred
Basic knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA filing requirements
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet statutory deadlines effectively
Proactive, meticulous and willing to learn
