Job Responsibilities:

1. Live Hosting

• Host and present products during live streaming sessions on TikTok, Shopee, Facebook or other company platforms.
• Explain product features, prices, promotions, benefits and usage to viewers.
• Engage with viewers, answer questions and encourage customer interaction throughout the live session.
• Promote products effectively to increase sales and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain an energetic, professional and engaging presentation style.
• Follow the assigned live streaming schedule and prepare content before each session.

2. Product Knowledge and Sales

• Understand company products, pricing, promotions and current sales campaigns.
• Provide accurate product information to customers during live sessions and events.
• Encourage customers to place orders and make purchases.
• Monitor customer feedback, questions and purchasing interest.
• Coordinate with the sales and e-commerce teams regarding product availability, pricing and promotions.
• Ensure all product claims and promotional information follow company guidelines.

3. Event Operation

• Assist in preparing and setting up event booths, product displays, banners, equipment and promotional materials.
• Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, product launches, promotional campaigns and other company events.
• Host and promote products during offline events when required.
• Assist with product demonstrations, sampling activities and customer engagement.
• Ensure all event activities run according to the schedule and instructions from management.
• Assist with dismantling event setups and packing equipment after each event.

4. Event and Live Preparation

• Prepare products, scripts, promotional materials and equipment before live sessions or events.
• Check cameras, microphones, lighting, internet connections and other necessary equipment.
• Ensure products are arranged neatly and ready for presentation.
• Coordinate with the event team to ensure all materials and equipment are available.
• Ensure the live streaming area and event venue are clean, organised and presentable.

5. Customer Engagement

• Communicate professionally with customers, viewers and event visitors.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Encourage audience participation through product demonstrations, promotions and interactive activities.
• Handle basic customer complaints and refer complex issues to the relevant department.
• Maintain a positive brand image when representing the company.

6. Sales Performance and Reporting

• Work towards achieving assigned live streaming sales targets and event sales objectives.
• Monitor live session performance, viewer engagement and customer responses.
• Provide feedback on popular products, customer preferences and market trends.
• Submit live streaming and event activity reports to the supervisor.
• Recommend improvements to increase viewer engagement and sales performance.

7. Equipment and Stock Management

• Ensure products used during live sessions and events are checked and accounted for.
• Handle company products, equipment and promotional materials responsibly.
• Check stock quantities before and after each event or live session where applicable.
• Report missing, damaged or defective equipment and products to the supervisor.
• Ensure all equipment and remaining products are returned to the designated storage area.

8. Compliance and Work Discipline

• Follow company SOPs, live streaming guidelines, event procedures and management instructions.
• Ensure all content and product promotions comply with company policies and applicable platform rules.
• Maintain punctuality and flexibility to attend events at different locations when required.
• Maintain professional conduct, appropriate appearance and teamwork.
• Avoid making unauthorised promises, discounts or product claims to customers.

9. Other Duties

• Assist the Marketing, Sales, E-commerce and Event Operation teams when necessary.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, product launches and other marketing activities.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
