PLANNER / SCHEDULER – CONSTRUCTION

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, develop, and monitor the Master Schedule, detailed work programmes, and project timelines.
• Prepare and update project schedules using Critical Path Method (CPM), Gantt Charts, and S-Curves.
• Monitor actual project progress against the approved schedule and identify potential delays.
• Prepare project progress reports, schedule updates, and progress analysis.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and site team to collect progress data and ensure accurate schedule reporting.
• Analyse project delays and recommend recovery plans to ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor project milestones, critical activities, and overall construction progress.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6.
• Experienced in preparing Master Schedules, CPM, Gantt Charts, S-Curves, and project progress reports.
• Good understanding of construction work sequences, project milestones, critical path analysis, and schedule monitoring.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and coordinate effectively with the project team.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
