This is a 1 year contract position paying up to S$6000 per month, based along Chinatown, serving as the primary touchpoint for order-to-delivery operations.

• Act as the main contact for clients regarding order processing, tracking, and delivery inquiries.

• Utilize Tier-1 ERP systems to process orders efficiently and manage inventory availability.

• Manage shipment logistics, custom duty requirements, and coordinate custom labeling or sampling with warehouse teams.

• Generate essential shipping documents, pro-forma invoices, credit notes, and final commercial invoicing.

• Handle post-delivery support including order tracking, tracing, and log quality feedback for internal resolution.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within customer service or order management functions.

• Hands-on proficiency with Tier-1 ERP systems is essential.

• Advanced spreadsheet skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative working style.
