Full Time Site Engineer (3bmiUO) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in Erast Pte Ltd Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

About the Roles

We are seeking a Site Engineer for a permanent position in the construction sector, working on islandwide project sites with an office base in Bishan. This role follows a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9AM–6PM) and offers a competitive salary package of $3,000 – $4,000, along with AWS and Variable Bonus (VB). The position provides strong exposure to civil and structural projects within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist the project team in planning, scheduling, and coordinating civil and structural engineering activities on site.
• Oversee on-site construction operations and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Support supervision of multi-disciplinary site works to ensure compliance with required quality standards.
• Ensure all site activities adhere to local regulations, project specifications, and quality requirements.
• Support the preparation of civil and structural designs as well as contract specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical teams across project phases.
• Prepare and compile regular project progress and site reports.
• Plan and execute site engineering works in alignment with project timelines and approved construction sequences.
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties as required.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in civil and structural engineering work.
• Prior exposure to LTA projects will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with bridge structure design and bearing replacement will be beneficial.
• Willingness to travel across multiple project sites in Singapore.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
