Full Time Site Engineer - Site Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in BRIKMEN (M&E) SDN BHD Federal Territory - Maukerja

Brikmen (M&E) Sdn. Bhd. is a Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) contracting company based in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. Established in July 2025, we are a growing company focused on delivering quality M&E solutions for construction projects.

As part of our business expansion, we are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Site Engineer & Site Supervisor with an Mechanical & Electrical Engineering background to join our growing team. This role is primarily responsible for overseeing construction works at project sites, ensuring timely execution in accordance with project plans, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible to handle and complete the project within the pre-determined cost & time
• Attend site meeting and monitor site work progress, sub-con & workers attendance
• Assist in planning project schedules, drawings approval, and monitor project timelines to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines
• Liaise with the main contractors Builders, Consultants, other M&E services
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and work completion documentation.

* Position to be based at site in the Klang Valley; outstation travel may be required.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering field.
• Minimum 2 year construction / engineering working experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues on-site.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work with teams and contractors.
• Possess with own transport, willingness to travel and work at project sites.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
