You will drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, organization design and workforce analytics initiatives across the Group, as part of the Group Human Capital team. You will partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to make sure organizational structures, workforce capabilities and manpower strategies are aligned with business objectives, operational requirements and long-term growth plans. You will report to the Deputy General Manager, Organization Design & Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Review organizational structures, conduct assessments and recommend organization design improvements to support business growth and productivity.
- Lead or support organizational restructuring, role realignment and workforce optimization initiatives.
- Lead workforce planning exercises and develop workforce forecasting models and manpower plans aligned with business strategies.
- Identify critical roles, succession risks and capability gaps within the workforce.
- Develop and maintain workforce dashboards, metrics and management reports, and present findings to support business decision-making.
- Analyse workforce data on headcount growth, productivity, workforce cost trends, revenue per employee and human capital investment effectiveness.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and track the benefits and outcomes of workforce initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders and HR Centres of Excellence on workforce transformation, change management and communication activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Human Resources, Organization Development, Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Talent Management, HR Analytics or related functions.
- Experience in manpower planning, organization structure reviews, workforce optimization and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Exposure to stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Professional certifications or postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources, Organization Development, Workforce Planning or Analytics are an added advantage.
- Experience in change management, transformation or business improvement projects is advantageous.
Pay: Up to RM15,000.00 per month
