Job Description
Responsibilities
Control and monitor the entry and exit of workers, visitors and vehicles to prevent unauthorised access.
Verify identification, worker passes and access authorisation, and maintain accurate visitor and vehicle movement records.
Conduct regular security patrols of the construction site, site offices and dormitory areas, where applicable.
Secure gates, doors, contractor offices and HDB site offices during and after working hours.
Conduct visual checks of fire extinguishers, alarm panels and other designated equipment, and report faults or abnormalities.
Respond promptly to security incidents and support emergency evacuation and response procedures.
Maintain clear occurrence logs, incident reports and shift handover records.
Carry out other security-related duties assigned by the site management.
Valid Security Licence (PLRD)
Basic communication and reporting skills
Experience in construction site or dormitory environment preferred
