Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in channel sales, dealer development, trade marketing or business development.

Experience in the solar, renewable energy, electrical equipment or related industries is an added advantage.

Strong understanding of dealer management, channel marketing strategies and sales incentive programmes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building and presentation skills.

Good command of Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.

Strong analytical, strategic planning and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Willing to travel for dealer visits, business meetings, training sessions and industry events.

Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.

Develop and expand the company's dealer network within the solar and renewable energy industry.

Plan and execute channel marketing strategies, promotional campaigns and sales incentive programmes to drive dealer sales growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, EPCC partners and solar installers.

Monitor dealer performance, analyse sales trends and implement strategies to improve sales productivity and product penetration.

Organise dealer engagement activities, product training sessions, workshops and promotional events.

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to strengthen market presence.

Work closely with the Director and Sales Team to align channel marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Prepare regular reports on dealer performance, marketing activities and sales growth.
