Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Building related feild or any related field).

Minimum of 1-2 year of relevant experience as building supervisor role.

Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in site management and reporting.

Physical fitness and ability to work 

Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, tradespeople, and laborers.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.

Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues or defects.

Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and material inventories.

Manage site resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel, for optimal efficiency.
