Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Knowledge of accounting software such as AutoCount is an added advantage.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Good numerical and analytical skills.

Detail-oriented, organised and responsible.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Willing to learn and gain practical experience in an accounting firm.

Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.

Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and other accounting documents.

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable matters.

Assist in bank reconciliation and checking of accounting transactions.

Assist in preparing basic accounting reports and schedules.

Organise and maintain proper filing of accounting documents.

Assist the team with month-end and year-end accounting tasks.

Liaise with clients and internal team members when required.

Perform other accounting-related duties and ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
