Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Customer Service or a related field.

Relevant experience in VIP Account Management, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented, proactive and able to build long-term relationships.

Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts effectively.

Proficient in English and Mandarin.

Willingness to work where required by business operations.

Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned VIP customers.

Provide personalised account management and timely assistance to VIP customers through various communication channels.

Understand VIP customer preferences, behaviours and needs to deliver tailored services and engagement.

Develop and implement customer retention, reactivation and engagement strategies.

Monitor customer activity, satisfaction and account performance.

Coordinate with internal teams, including Customer Support, Marketing, VIP Operations, to resolve customer enquiries and ensure smooth service delivery.

Handle customer complaints and enquiries professionally and efficiently.

Monitor VIP account performance and prepare regular reports for management.

Ensure all customer engagement activities comply with company policies, responsible gaming requirements and applicable regulations.
