Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, TikTok short-form video production, social media, e-commerce content, or livestream commerce.
- Familiar with TikTok, TikTok Shop, Shopee Video, Instagram Reels, and other short-form video platforms.
- Strong understanding of TikTok-style content, including effective hooks, pacing, subtitles, trending formats, storytelling, and product-selling techniques.
- Able to interpret basic content performance data such as views, watch time, engagement rate, CTR, and conversion, and identify areas for improvement.
Responsibilities
Plan weekly and monthly short-form video content according to campaign schedules, product priorities, current TikTok trends, and livestream requirements.
- Develop compelling opening hooks, product-focused content angles, soft-selling scripts, and clear CTA lines to encourage traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Edit short-form videos with suitable pacing, subtitles, music, transitions, product highlights, and formats optimized for each platform.
- Create TikTok-style videos featuring product selling points, engaging hooks, scripts, visual direction, and basic video editing.
- Monitor key video performance metrics, including views, CTR, watch time, engagement rate, conversion rate, GMV contribution, 6-second view rate, and livestream traffic.
- Evaluate the reasons behind strong or weak video performance and recommend improvements to hooks, scripts, visuals, product positioning, captions, and posting schedules.
- Keep up with TikTok trends, competitor content, viral formats, and KOL/brand content styles, adapting relevant ideas to suit the brand.
- Develop content designed to support livestream performance, such as teaser videos, product highlights, campaign announcements, and post-livestream recap videos.
