Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Business or related fields.

Excellent command of English and Chinese (spoken and written).

Passionate about digital marketing and social media.

Creative with a good eye for design and branding.

Proficient in Canva and CapCut (or equivalent design and video editing software).

Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu and YouTube.

Basic photography and videography skills are an advantage.

Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT is preferred.

Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Plan and create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu (RED), YouTube, WhatsApp and Telegram.

Design social media graphics, posters and marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.

Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).

Write engaging captions, articles and marketing copy.

Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms.

Monitor social media performance and prepare simple monthly reports.

Respond to enquiries and comments on social media when required.

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.

Conduct competitor and market research.

Maintain and update the clinic website and Google Business Profile.

Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI) to improve productivity and content quality.

Support marketing events, promotional campaigns and branding activities.

Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by the company.
