Position Summary

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive individual to join our team as

Accounts Payable (AP) Assistant

.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in processing of supplier invoices.

Assist in matching of invoices against Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO).

Monitor Statement of Accounts from suppliers.

Maintain accurate filing and documentation of AP records.

Abilities, Skills & Knowledge (ASK)

Entry-level (no experience required)

Meticulous and well organized

Positive mindset with "can do attitude"
