Responsibilities
- Transaction Entry: Record daily financial transactions, including sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries into the accounting system.
- Accounts Payable (AP): Verify vendor invoices, match purchase orders, process payments, and track outstanding vendor balances.
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Generate customer invoices, track incoming payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Record Keeping: Maintain physical and digital filing systems for receipts, invoices, statements, and financial reports.
- Audit & Reporting Support: Pull documentation and assist staff or auditors during monthly closes and financial audits.
- Customer & Vendor Support: Answer inquiries from vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding billing or payment status.
