Responsibilities
Our Client
Healthcare provider
44 Hours Per Week, Rostered Rotating Shift
Various Location: Kovan / Yishun / Tamp
Basic UP $3000 + Performance Bonus
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming experience.
Manage patient appointments, registrations, and maintain medical records accurately.
Assist doctors and nurses during consultations and minor procedures.
Handle basic administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the clinic and equipment.
Manage inventory of medical supplies and stationery.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide general information.
Support other clinic staff in daily operations as required.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'O' Level
1 Year of clinic assistant experience
