1-3+ years relevant experience.

Transportation experience preferred.

Experience in Supply Chain / Logistics is preferable in Transportation

Ensure daily delivery planning done for all outbound distribution.

Manage and work with warehouse supervisor to monitor truck loading efficiency and compliance.

Coordinate with drivers to ensure on-time delivery by tracking trucks for pick-up, estimating times of arrival and delivery and recovering loads when necessary.

Develop relationships with current and new vendor and continually negotiate competitive rates with them.

Manage, brief and train ground team to make sure operation execution follow SOP

Respond to customer needs by answering e-mails, phone calls, tracking shipments, and moving shipments.

Identify and select the best mode of transportation to reduce costs.
