Full Time Operations Manager - F-B Jobs, in Morgan McKinley - Maukerja

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a growing F&B group to hire an Operations Manager. As they head into a major growth phase in 2027, they’re looking to strengthen their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue and year-on-year growth for your brand, and lead new outlet openings in line with the group’s expansion plans.
• Have decision-making authority over your brand’s P&L, including food cost, labour cost and operating expenses, to build a strong base for expansion.
• Lead local store marketing campaigns, and build strong relationships with mall management for visibility, events and collaborations.
• Take a hands-on approach to recruitment, set high standards, and develop Restaurant Managers and their teams into a strong succession pipeline.
• Raise service standards and the guest experience, and own repair & maintenance to keep outlets running with zero critical downtime.
• Build and enforce front-of-house SOPs and work closely with the Brand Chefs on food quality.
• Ensure all outlets meet SFA, food hygiene and WSH requirements, and keep licences up to date.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a Business Manager, Area Manager or multi-outlet Operations Manager in F&B
• Proven P&L ownership and cost management
• Experience opening new outlets or leading a rebrand is a strong plus
• A hands-on, decisive leader who enjoys being on the floor and building teams
