We are looking for friendly and service-oriented individuals to join Onyu Restaurant. You will be responsible for handling reservations, attending to customer enquiries, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and supporting daily restaurant operations to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing friendly, attentive, and efficient service.
• Handle customer reservations, including phone enquiries, booking confirmations, and seating arrangements.
• Manage walk-in customers, waiting lists, and table allocations to ensure smooth dining operations.
• Attend to customer enquiries, requests, and feedback professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Take customer orders accurately and provide recommendations on food, beverages, and menu specials.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Handle cashiering duties, including bill settlement and payment processing.
• Set up tables, clear used dishes, and maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Assist with simple food and beverage preparation when required.
• Monitor and replenish condiments, utensils, beverages, and other service supplies.
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with stock checking and inventory management.
• Perform daily opening and closing duties, including restaurant setup and cleaning.
• Support daily restaurant operations and assist team members during busy service periods.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
