• Greet customers warmly and assist them with seating, menus, and inquiries.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing requests and resolving complaints politely.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the dining area, counter, and service stations.
• Handle cash and card transactions using the POS system.
• Follow opening and closing procedures.
• Work as a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
