Job Description

Responsibilities

  • KitchenOperations
  • ·        Performopening and closing duties.
  • ·        Assist the cook in food preparation including frying, cooking soup, and cuttingvegetables and meataccording to SOP.
  • ·        Perform Deep frying task, prepare salad, peel egg shell, make gyoza etc.
  •          Food Preparation and Quality
  • ·        Store food indesignated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage.
  • ·        Prepare sauces, spices, seasonings andmarinades based on standard recipes.
  •          Safety andCompliance
  • ·        Followcompany safety SOP and wear safety equipment while working in the kitchen.
  •          Cleaning andDishwashing
  • ·        Washpots, pans and trays.
  • ·        Placeclean dishes, utensil or cooking equipment in storage area.
  •          KitchenCleanliness and Waste Management
  • ·        Maintain cleanliness ofthe dishwashing area, equipment and utensil.
  • ·        Throwrubbish at designated area.
  • ·        Cleantrash bin.
  •       Other Ad-hocDuties
  • ·        Handle anyother duties assigned by Chef.
  • Able to perform split shift and work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Physically fit to do manual task
  • Able to work in a team as well as independently.
  • Able to work in warm, oily and humid environment.
  • Possess WSQ Food & Hygiene Certificate.
