Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Junior Field Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in the installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of photocopiers and multifunction printers at customers’ offices.

On-the-job training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates who are keen to develop technical skills and build a career in the technical service industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform on-site servicing, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of photocopiers and printers.

• Assist with the installation and setup of office equipment at customers’ premises.

• Respond to service calls and resolve technical issues promptly.

• Perform basic checks and replacement of consumable parts when required.

• Provide friendly and professional service to customers.

• Complete service reports and update job records accurately.

• Travel to different customer locations across Singapore.

Job Requirements

• Must possess own motorbike for travelling to customers’ offices. Motorbike travel allowance will be provided.

• Class 2B or relevant valid motorcycle licence.

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

• Basic technical knowledge or experience in IT, electronics, or office equipment is an advantage.

• Willing to learn, hardworking, responsible, and able to work independently.

• Good communication skills and a positive working attitude.

• Able to communicate in English.
