Job Summary
Datum is looking for an SQL Developer Intern to support database development, SQL queries, data validation, reporting and database-related troubleshooting.
The intern will gain hands-on experience working with relational databases and supporting real software development projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SQL queries
- Work with database tables, relationships and joins
- Assist with data extraction and validation
- Support reporting and database testing
- Troubleshoot data and SQL-related issues
- Assist with stored procedures, views and database scripts
- Support query optimisation
- Maintain technical documentation
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree student in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science or related field
- Minimum 4 months internship commitment
- Basic SQL and relational database knowledge
- Good logical thinking and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- SQL Server / MySQL / PostgreSQL exposure is an advantage
Pay: RM600.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
