Responsibilities
We are seeking a Brand Manager to drive brand growth through innovation, portfolio development,and new product launches.
Location: One North
Contract: 9 Months
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end innovation and new product development projects from concept to launch.
Develop brand and portfolio strategies to drive sustainable growth.
Partner with cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
Build business cases, evaluate opportunities, and support commercial decision-making.
Coordinate launch readiness activities and ensure successful market execution.
Monitor project performance, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Innovation, Category Management, or related functions.
Proven experience in new product development and project leadership.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Commercially minded with understanding of business cases, forecasting, and P&L.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
FMCG, beauty, personal care, or consumer goods experience is highly preferred.
