Responsibilities
- Proven experience supporting retail or e-commerce platforms, with a strong understanding of digital commerce operations and customer-facing systems.
- Strong technical expertise in system integrations, including APIs, webhooks, data flows, and connectivity between multiple business applications and platforms.
- Ability to independently investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex integration issues across interconnected systems and third-party services.
- Hands-on experience administering and supporting Shopify environments, including platform operations, maintenance, incident resolution, and technical support.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce business processes, including order lifecycle, payment gateways, inventory synchronisation, fulfilment workflows, and external platform integrations.
- Capable of providing Level 2/Level 3 technical support, performing root cause analysis, implementing fixes, and driving permanent resolutions to recurring issues.
- Experience delivering light development and enhancement work, including troubleshooting code, supporting integrations, and contributing to platform improvements in a full-stack environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to take ownership of technical challenges, beyond ticket coordination and escalation, while working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
