Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar supervisory role, with a minimum of 3-5 years in warehouse operations.

Demonstrated expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and stock management to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment processes, shipping, and returns management.

Experience in leading and motivating a warehouse team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Ability to implement and optimize warehouse processes, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.

Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices to ensure a secure working environment.

Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with a diverse team and stakeholders.

Experience with logistics management, including transportation planning and coordination.

Familiarity with operational management principles within a fast-paced e-commerce setting.

Ability to manage and maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock takes, and minimize discrepancies.

Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all processes.

Develop and implement effective inventory management procedures to minimize stock discrepancies, optimize stock levels, and reduce carrying costs.

Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to foster a productive and motivated work environment.

Ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of all customer orders, from picking and packing to shipping, meeting or exceeding e-commerce operational standards.

Implement and enforce strict warehouse safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment and comply with all relevant regulations.

Continuously analyze and improve warehouse processes and workflows to enhance productivity, reduce operational costs, and improve overall efficiency.

Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to ensure seamless supply chain operations and effective stock management.

Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including inventory levels, shipments, and receipts, utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively.
