Full Time Senior Site Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in 9 Atelier Design And Build WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out, renovation, refurbishment, or related construction projects.

Strong knowledge of site supervision, construction processes, materials, and fit-out technical requirements.

Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and site coordination.

Ability to monitor site progress, workmanship, quality, and safety compliance.

Strong project coordination, time management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.

Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple site matters effectively.

Mandarin speaker is compulsory for this position.

Willing to travel to project sites and work according to project requirements.

Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday – Saturday).

Work location: Construction sites within Klang Valley, Selangor, and Kuala Lumpur.

Supervise daily site activities to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed according to the approved work programme.

Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, clients, and project teams to ensure smooth site operations.

Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress, site issues, and required follow-up actions.

Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations, company procedures, site rules, and the Project Quality Plan (PQP).

Inspect ongoing and completed works to ensure proper workmanship and compliance with project requirements.

Identify site discrepancies, technical issues, and potential delays at an early stage, and coordinate corrective actions to minimise delays and additional costs.

Read and interpret construction drawings and coordinate with relevant parties on technical and site-related matters.

Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to ensure sufficient resources are available for daily site activities.

Prepare daily site reports, inspection records, progress updates, site photographs, and relevant project documentation.

Prepare and coordinate Variation Order (VO) documentation, including AI, EI, SI, and CVI, where applicable, before additional works commence.

Assist with inspections, rectification works, testing, punch-list closure, and project handover activities.
