Full Time Production Manager – Steel Structure Fabrication Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,500 in SASHTHA ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

·        Plan,organise and manage daily steel structure fabrication and production activities.
·        Develop production schedules and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
·        Lead and supervise fabrication, welding, fitting and assembly teams.
·        Coordinate manpower, materials, machinery and equipment for production activities.
·        Review structural and fabrication drawings,specifications and project requirements.
·        Coordinate with project managers, engineers, site teams,suppliers and subcontractors.
·        Monitor fabrication quality and ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
·        Identify and resolve production, quality and technical issues.
·        Monitor material consumption and minimise material wastage and production costs.
·        Ensure proper use and maintenance of fabrication machinery and equipment.
·        Prepare and maintain production schedules, progress reports and related documentation.
·        Implement measures to improve production efficiency,productivity and workflow.
·        Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and company procedures.
·        Provide technical guidance and training to production staff where required.
·        Minimum 8years of relevant experience in steel structure fabrication, structural steel production.
·        Proven experience managing steel fabrication workshop or production operations.
·        Strong knowledge of steel cutting, welding, fitting, drilling, assembly and fabrication processes.
·        Able to read and interpret structural drawings, fabrication drawings and technical specifications.
·        Good knowledge of production planning, quality control, manpower planning and workplace safety.
·        Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
·        Able to manage production schedules and meet project deadlines.
·        Relevant Singapore construction or steel fabrication experience will be an advantage.
·        Candidate must possess a relevant Steel Structure certification and have successfully completed the SSSS course.
