About the Job

The role operates within the 1.5 Line of Defense framework, providing oversight, guidance, and quality assurance to the first line of business. It plays a key role in enhancing risk awareness, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements, and supporting the early identification and escalation of conduct and control issues.

• Support the first line with guidance on conduct, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct reviews to identify trends or common issues in agency practices.
• Monitor business activities to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Identify, assess, and escalate conduct and control issues in a timely manner.
• Support the development, implementation, and enhancement of policies, guidelines, and controls.
• Prepare management reports, findings, and insights for relevant management meetings.

We are looking for people with

• Preferably tertiary qualification in Law, Insurance or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Good inquiring, probing skills and possess high analytical thinking.
• High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
• Take initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
