Your Mission
You will learn by doing. You will support the development of web-based automation systems, write clean and maintainable code, and gain exposure to AI-enabled industrial applications. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are curious, proactive and eager to grow their software engineering skills.

Development and learning
Our services include i4.0 Set-Up with Smart Sensors, Computer Vision for real-time defect detection and classification, Automated Inspection Stations (Macro/Micro), Assembly Line Automation, Customised AGVs and Smart Stockers, as well as Data Ecosystem and Integration. With our team of experts and technology leaders of AI and intelligent automation from the semiconductor industry, from consultancy services through to implementing physical solutions, we are there for our customers all the way.

What You'll Do
Development and learning
- Assist in developing web applications using Python and JavaScript
- Work in a Linux-based development environment
- Implement features, fix bugs and improve existing automation tools
- Learn best practices in coding, documentation and software design
- Work closely with software engineers, data scientists and automation teams
- Take part in code reviews and team discussions
- Learn how real-world automation systems are designed and deployed
- Use Git for version control and collaboration
- Gain hands-on experience with Docker and basic deployment workflows
- Bonus exposure: work with PHP, Laravel or React on front-end or back-end features
- Assist in writing basic unit tests
- Help validate automation logic and web application functionality
- Trouble shoot issues with guidance from senior developers
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Basic knowledge of Python
- Familiarity with Linux commands and environments
- Strong interest in web application development and automation• Willingness to learn, ask questions and take initiative
- Experience using Git in personal or school projects
- Basic understanding of Docker
- Exposure to Java Script, PHP, Laravel or React
- Interest in AI, automation or industrial software systems
