About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead our expansion in Singapore's modern trade sector. You will be responsible for the comprehensive development, listing, merchandising, and sales growth across all key supermarket channels in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage brand listing, shelf placement, promotional activities, and in-store displays.
• Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with supermarket headquarters and store management teams.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly retail sales targets.
• Monitor competitors' activities and provide timely market feedback.

Requirements:

• Must-have: Proven experience in developing Key Accounts (KA) and chain supermarket channels. Candidates must have prior experience with major retailers such as NTUC FairPrice, Cold Storage, Giant, or 7-Eleven.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore's retail landscape, including:
• Mass Market Channels: NTUC FairPrice / FairPrice Xtra / FairPrice Finest, Sheng Siong, Giant.
• Premium & Specialty Retail: Cold Storage, Market Place, CS Fresh, Don Don Donki, Little Farms, Ryan's Grocery, Supernature.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to drive sales growth in a competitive market.
