Employment Type

• Contract Length: 12 months (renewable)
• Position: Asst. Supervisor
• Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Working Days/Hours

• 6 working days with 1 off day
• Shift basis, 8.5 working hours daily

Salary Package

• Basic Salary: RM 2,200 - RM2,300
• Night Shift Allowance: RM250 monthly
• Statutory Benefits: Based on Employment Act

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and ensure smooth pickup operations.
• Ensure proper parcel scanning, handling, and compliance with SOPs.
• Oversee sorting activities and ensure FIFO processes are followed.
• Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and daily workflow.
• Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and ready for operations.

Requirement

• Open to fresh graduates/ SPM leavers.
• Willing to perform physical work and able to use a scanning device.
• Able to work in a dynamic working environment.
• Able to work rotational shifts, including day and night shifts.
